I’ve been involved in an accident, what should I do?
Call our workshop on 9516 1936 for accident assistance. If your car is drivable, bring it to our shop for an on the spot estimate. If the car is not Drivable call us and we’ll arrange a tow for you ASAP. We have all of the relevant claim forms in our offices so we can get the repair process under way straight away.
Can I get a quote for the repairs to my car over the phone?
Unfortunately no. There are too many variables when it comes to fixing cars and we really must see the vehicle and the full extent of the damage before we can commit ourselves to a price and a time frame. You do not have to make an appointment for a quotation, just come in any time between 8:00am and 5:00pm, and we will do it for you on the spot.
Are you open on Saturday?
Yes, we are open between 8:00am and 12:00pm on Saturdays.
If I claim on my insurance will I have to pay an excess even though I am not at fault?
If you have all of the details of the third party involved, there is no reason why an excess should apply. You are much better off putting the claim through your own insurance to avoid all of the delays and dramas associated with a third party insurance claim. Let your insurance company do that for you.
Do I have the right to choose the repairer?
Yes. Most insurance companies allow you to choose your preferred repairer.
What type of warranty do I get on repairs?
We give a full lifetime warranty on all repairs. ‘Lifetime warranty’ means the lifetime of the vehicle. All repairs are inspected before leaving the shop but if anything arises after you pick up your car please contact us ASAP and we can bring it back in for a post repair inspection.
